Here are some photos of the lake house AFTER we'd been there for 24 hours. Lots more work to do, but I should have taken a few "before" photos to compare.
Tim built a special loft for the kids. The only access to it is up this ladder in the kitchen area. Later we put up a bunk bed in there. The kids were nervous climbing the ladder at first but after a few times, they were pros - even Little Man.
The 2 rooms downstairs each have 2 double sized bunk beds. This way 2 rooms can sleep 16 comfortably. After hours of putting the beds together, we realized we were short changed a head board and a foot board. Frustrating.
Granddaddy took so many trips of trash to the dump, I think they learned who he was by the end of the day.

LOVE the new lakehouse! It looks like a great place to get away to. So, when should we plan on coming? Haha, that would be fun to get all our kids together sometime though. I wish we weren't so far away! Your family is just precious!
